Shipping policy

1. General Information

The shipping of our products is handled by our partner Gelato. Because we value sustainability, every product is individually manufactured for you only after your order has been placed (Print-on-Demand). This conserves resources and avoids overproduction.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and displayed in the order summary before you complete your purchase.

  • Germany: €4.99 (Free shipping on orders over €55)

  • EU Countries: €5.99

3. Delivery Times

The total delivery time consists of the production time (printing) and the shipping time (logistics).

  • Total delivery time Germany: approx. 3–5 business days

  • Total delivery time EU: approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that no production or delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. In the exceptional case that an item is not immediately available or production is delayed, we will inform you immediately via e-mail.

4. Shipping Partners

Depending on the product and delivery country, shipping is handled by standard parcel service providers (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, or local postal services). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number (if available for the selected product).

5. International Shipping (Outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may occur in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). 6. Undeliverable Shipments

If the delivery of the goods fails through your fault despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately (minus the costs for the failed shipping).
